Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus has been applied to thousands of institutions, homes and industrial facilities for both microbial staining and general cleaning applications. When coupled with mechanical action for maximum material penetration, this clear formula removes/reduces staining from mold, mildew, dirt, soil and other organic debris. The product leaves an extremely clean surface that can then be treated with a disinfectant and/or moisture barrier product such as Anasphere Plus or X70, respectively. It is appropriate to apply Advanced Cleaning Solution Plus to both porous and non-porous building materials including, but not limited to: structural framing, cement, block and unfinished drywall. It is also suitable for many interior finished materials, such as; carpeting, upholstery, ceiling tiles, wood, brick, finished drywall and other related materials. The cleaner is available in 5 gallon ready-to-use pails.

Works great for mold treatment. The best product
First, I was really impressed with the customer service. They called to ask if I had any questions which was really appreciated. The product was shipped within a couple hours of ordering and got to me (clear across the country) in less than a week. Second, I discovered I had a huge mold issue when I decided to demo my bathroom for remodel. I tried several products but there was still a very strong mold odor which gave me a lot anxiety about living in my house. I applied this product along with the deodorizer with a fogger and the smell is finally gone! I feel a lot better about being in my house now.
I like the fact that the Anabec cleaner is not a harsh cleaner/ disinfectant like some, but I still wore a half mask respirator while applying product.Im a DIY type of person but this is a very time consuming and tedious job spraying on the cleaner and then using rags to wipe off any mildew or mold.Im almost done with cleaner now then on to applying x-70, again lot's of work but I will be glad I did it for a healthier home !
