I think the door is fine. I called and left messages at the number given and never received a call back. I filled out the return form on the website 3 times. I was called back after the last one.
I'm just trying to return and get a custom sized door as this one is too big. Now I get a detailed return instruction with pictures etc.
This is not convenient and is very time consuming. My question about exchanging for a custom door was never answered despite 3 times detailing that request.
Not likely to buy anything else from your store. It seems as if you are intentionally making it hard to return items. The response time is poor and my general impression is negative.
