Had a nasty mold issue next to & under the master bathroom due to a leaky shower. Removed floor tile in the effected area and hung a plastic tent from the ceiling with tape. Placed a HEPA air scrubber filter inside the tent, mixed the components, put on protective garb & sprayed it on.

Within seconds, it went to work. It fizzed into a white foam and after an hour or so, it not only killed the mold (no more smell) but also restored the color on the wood sub-floor with no trace of moisture afterwards. Sprayed the same area underneath in the crawl space in a similar manner and had the same effect.

To make sure it was all gone, we repeated the process again. Shower leak was fixed & replacement tile reinstalled with full confidence that the mold was all gone. Couldn't be more satisfied with the results!

Beyond expectations, I was surprised to see the results . I would gladly recommend this product to anyone who is interested and I would tell anyone who is serious about it to order more than what you need because you will use it . Fantastic product

Great product, cleaned the green mold from my basement rafters. No smell, no coughing, nothing. My rafters are white again. Mold gone. I would highly recommend this product to anyone! It’s was easy to mix and apply.

Product worked great and was easy to apply with portable sprayer. Very pleased with results and time will tell how long the cleaning lasts. Space is encapsulated, fans and dehumidifier keep humidity below 50% and air circulating, and a sump pump.
